Decorating for Winnipeg, MB and Surrounding Area:
We provde On-Site Balloon and Floral Decorating Services in Winnipeg, Manitoba and Surrounding Areas.
We recommend booking our services for the date of your wedding or event well in advance to secure our services. Please understand once we are completely booked for specific dates, openings only become available if there are cancellations, which are rare.
There is a minimum order of $150.00 for us to come out to decorate a venue for your party or event. There are many factors that determine the cost of balloon decor:
- Type, Sizes and Quantity of the balloons required to build your design
- Amount of Helium required
- Amount of labour required to build your design On-Site
-The need for balloon support / framing equipment
- Travel time to and from your Venue (We are in the Winnipeg area)
- The quantity and types of equipment we must bring to the site to build your design (Example: Multiple Helium Tanks, Air Compressors, Ladders, etc.)
- Availability of your venue for the required time to build your designs and whether pre-inflation is required to have your decor finished in time for your party.
- If we must return to the Venue to pick-up structural equipment or "Strike" the balloon decor after your party
You need to call us at (204) 791-1201 or email us for an accurate price...With so many variables, it is impossible to have a standard price list. Once your over-all needs have been determined, we can provide you a flat-rate price to provide our services.
Payments For On-Site Decorating Services:
There is a minimum order of $150.00 for our on-site decorating services. A deposit is required upon booking the date of your event with the remainder PAID IN FULL TWO WEEKS PRIOR to the event.
All Online payments are processed securely through PayPal, the most preferred online payment service, and Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Bank Payments are accepted through PayPal or you may pay with your PayPal balance. We will email you an invoice through PayPal for your total cost of decorating services (plus taxes) if you wish to pay through one of these options.
Cheques, Money Orders and Cash paid in person are also accepted. Please note all cheques must be received THREE WEEKS before event to allow time to clear. Money orders and cash received TWO WEEKS prior to event.
How to Order Online:
For many of our balloon bouquets, gift baskets, and flowers we offer the convenience, quickness and ease of ordering and paying securely online.
Browse our website for the gift(s) you want to send. Once you have found the item(s) you want to purchase, choose any options that may be available in the drop down menu (if applicable) and then click the "Add to Cart" button (as shown in image below).
Do the same for any Candy, Chocolate, Nuts, Teddy Bear add ons you want for your gift. Your selection(s) will be stored in your personal shopping cart. You may continue to shop for additional items and add them to your cart.
When you are finished shopping and ready to checkout, you can click the "Add to Cart" button to select your final item or click on the "View Cart" button (as shown below) that appears throughout the website to complete your purchase (see payment types accepted below).
To complete your purchase and process your payment click the Checkout button (as shown in image below).
To pay by Credit Card (You DO NOT need a PayPal account to pay by credit card) click the "Don't have a PayPal account?" link (as shown in image below) and the Credit Card form will open for you to fill in your credit card information and follow the instructions to complete your payment OR you may login to PayPal to complete your purchase for those of you who have a PayPal account.
After you enter your Credit Card information click review and continue or after you enter your PayPal email and password click log in.
You will be able to review your information and can click "Change" (as shown in image below) next to shipping address if the Shipping Address is different or click "Add" next to "Add Special Instructions to the seller" (as shown in image below) to include the Deliver to NAME, ADDRESS and PHONE NUMBER in the box that will open up. To add a message to your gift recipient that we will add on a gift card click "Add" next to "Gift Options" (as shown in image below) and a box will open up where you can add your gift message (Example: HAPPY BIRTHDAY SWEETIE, LOVE MOM AND DAD XOXOXO). You can also use the Special Instructions area to add additional information for us (For Example: Preferred Date and Time of delivery if you are ordering days or weeks in advance).
Payment Types Accepted:
Credit Cards/Bank Payments via PayPal as well as Cheques, Money Orders, and Cash paid in person are accepted.

PayPal uses high-grade encryption to protect your information when completing your payment. When completing your payment you will see "https" in the address bar of your browser preceding www.paypal.com, with the "s" indicating you are on a secure site. In newer versions of Firefox and Internet Explorer you can click the Secure Site info buttons in the top browser bar to read more about PayPal's security certificate and high-grade encryption as shown in the photos below:

Cheques, Money Orders and Cash paid in person are also accepted. You will need to call in your order for these types of payments. Please note all cheques must be received THREE WEEKS before event to allow time to clear. We do not accept any cheques for same day deliveries.
Substitution Policy:
While we strive to ensure that what you order is what is delivered, occasionally we may need to substitute product due to availability issues. (For Example: Certain theme balloons may be slightly different than pictured due to changes in production designs, certain balloon colors or seasonal balloons may not be available, stuffed animals may be different than pictured, basket type and color as well as certain product brands used in gift baskets may vary, flower vase style and colours may differ than pictured, flowers and greens for some arrangements may need to be substituted based on seasonal availability, etc.) If this is the case, we will ensure that the general look and feel of your balloon bouquet, gift basket or flower arrangement is retained and any products we substitute will be of EQUAL or GREATER value.
Winnipeg Citywide Delivery:
We offer Citywide Delivery in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada for all of our Balloon Bouquets, Gift Baskets and Flowers for a Delivery charge of $15.00 to one address (ie: If you order a balloon bouquet, gift basket and flowers for delivery to the same address you only pay for delivery once) and it will appear as "Shipping and Handling" during checkout. If you are ordering items for delivery to separate addresses, please order and pay for them separately.
During Checkout you will need to include the Deliver to NAME, ADDRESS, and PHONE NUMBER in the Special Instructions area. (See: How to Order Online if you need help completing your order.)
Same Day Delivery is available for most orders received by 2:00 PM CT Monday through Friday or 12:00 noon on Saturdays. Sunday delivery may or may not be available so please contact us before ordering if you need a Sunday delivery. If you are ordering a large amount of balloons we may need additional time to make your order so we highly recommend ordering days in advance and inform us of the date and time you want delivery to take place.
We will make every effort to deliver the same day but please view "Recipient Not Home" below for our policy if there is no answer at the address and phone number given by customer for delivery. We MUST call the recipient in advance to ensure someone will be home when we make the delivery therefore no surprise deliveries can be made unless you make prior arrangements with someone other than the gift recipient at the delivery address.

Pick Up Service in Winnipeg, MB:
We also offer Pick Up Service for all Winnipeg Balloons, Winnipeg Gift Baskets, Winnipeg Flowers and certain balloon creations for your event or party (For Example: Balloon clowns, Pillars, Balloon Heart, floor bouquets and many other small items) that do not require on-site assembly provided you can transport them. The size of your vehicle will determine what you can pick-up provided that it can fit in your vehicle. If you ordered for pick up please call us at (204) 791-1201 to arrange a pick up time.
Recipient Not Home:
If the recipient is not home at time of delivery we will do one of the following:
- Call recipient and/or customer to schedule another delivery time/day
- Leave note on the door asking recipient to call to schedule another delivery time/day
- Leave gift (not balloons) in a secure area such as the entrance, porch, garage or carport
- Leave gift with a neighbor and place a note on recipient's door indicating where gift is located
Delivery to Winnipeg Hospitals:
Winnipeg Hospital delivery rules may vary and in most cases we are only allowed to deliver to the nurses station or holding room. Unfortunately, ICU patients are often not permitted to receive gifts. Also, we do not deliver latex balloons as most hospitals do not allow them and some hospitals may not accept balloons at all. Please check with the hospital regarding delivery policies before placing your order. When placing your order, please make sure to include the Hospital Name and Telephone Number as well as the Recipient's Full Name and Room Number or Ward.
Canada Post Shipping:
We may also offer shipping via Canada Post for some of our Gift Baskets for those that require shipping to a Canadian address outside of Winnipeg. You will need to Contact Us for a shipping quote with the Item Name and Item # you wish to purchase, your shipping address including Postal Code, your email, and whether you want Priority or Regular shipping. We will then send an invoice for the purchase via PayPal for you to complete the purchase of your gift basket.
GST, PST, HST:
GST, PST or HST will be added to all purchases as follows:
All decorating services in Manitoba and balloon bouquets, gift baskets, flowers purchased for delivery to any address in Manitoba (regardless of the buyers location) will have the following taxes added:
- Manitoba: 5% GST + 7% PST (Delivery Charge only GST added)
For any shipments of our gift baskets in Canada to addresses OUTSIDE of Manitoba, taxes will be invoiced as follows:
- British Columbia: 12% HST
- New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Ontario: 13% HST
- Nova Scotia: 15% HST
- Alberta, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Saskatchewan, Nunavut, Northwest Territories or the Yukon: 5% GST
Balloon Care and Warnings:
Foil Balloons are sensitive to extreme temperature changes. In cold air they may appear deflated but, warm air should expand them again. Extreme heat could cause the helium to expand and burst the balloon.
Foil Balloons may conduct electricity. Do not release helium filled foil balloons outdoors or use near overhead power lines.
DO NOT release balloons with ribbons or strings tied together in clusters outdoors that could get caught and tangled on power lines. Please keep your balloons weighted down.
Inflated foil balloons can last 1-2 weeks, Latex treated balloons 3-6 Days, untreated latex balloons approx. 12 to 24 hours depending on size of balloons.
Discard broken, uninflated balloons as they can be choking hazard to children.
Inhaling helium is very dangerous and can seriously injure so DO NOT DO IT!
